Below shows the front and back of the chip.  The building shown is the Rose Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Terre Haute, IN.  The alumni dinner was held in Cincinnati, OH.  As a commemorative chip, I  believe this was the only color made.  Chip was made for Clifford E. Albert, an RPI alumnus (see his 1919 pic to the right).  Albert eventually became Chairman of the Board of the US Playing Card Co., the company that made the chip.
 
Cincinnati Enquirer - May 16, 1915 Below is a picture of where the dinner took place, the Business Men's club.  Albert was a member of the club.  Interestingly, the Business Men's Club was the original home of the Phoenix Club
