Clifford Albert was born in Cincinnati in 1872.  Albert joined USPC in 1896.  In 1946 Albert was “chairman of the executive committee” (a post to which he was appointed in 1940). As far as I can tell he didn’t become Chairman of the Board until sometime after 1950.  His primary address in 1946 appears to be in Napa, CA not Cincinnati. His Napa address in 1946 was 1006 Monticello Road. Today the property is part of a vineyard: http://www.beaucanonestate.com/  CE Albert had an uninterrupted association with the USPC from 1896 until his death in 1960.

In 1909 Rose Polytechnic Institute published a biographical directory of alumni (Albert graduated in 1893 and started working at USPC in 1896)
