North Denver Club

1923-1931
2512 19th Street, Denver, Colorado 80202  
The owner of the North Denver Club was John Messina.  John was born in Italy in 1895 and came to the US around 1899.  The club, as far as we can tell, operated between 1923 an 1931.  Unfortunately there are no pictures of the club.  The latest directory in which the North Denver Club appears is the 1930 directory shown below.  Original attribution of the chips was made by John Messina's granddaughter.

Although of poor quality, the 1930 map shows that a 3 story lodge hall occupied 2512 19th Street.  The lodge hall may refer to the NDC or may be a leftover from an earlier map. The 1950 map is superimposed over a current (2012) map.
